Do you ship international?
Yes, we ship international via USPS First Class Package flat rate & Post NL.

Can I ship my package to a different address ?
No you can not. Your order will be cancelled if the address provided does not match the address on the credit card.

When will my order be shipped?
Please allow 2-3 business days processing time. Once your package has been shipped you will be notified with a tracking number.

My order was stolen, how can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure you provide the correct mailing information.

Packages lost/damaged in transit, incorrectly addresses, unclaimed/refused packages, or lost/stolen packages marked "Delivered" by USPS. If your package falls under any of these categories, please contact USPS directly to file a claim at 800-275-8777. 

 In the case of misplaced items, please contact your local postal service

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped we will send you tracking information on your tracking number. You can track package transit time on USPS.

For information about about the exact location of your package, please reach out to the shipping carrier as we only know as much information as you can see on the tracking website.
 
How do I care for my garment?
We  recommend hand washing your garments and machine dry.
My Item arrived damaged what should I do?
It is out of our control how carriers handle fragile items in our absence. We assure you our products are packaged to withstand rough handling during transit. ​

Should your package arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours to report any damage. After 24 hours we have the right to reject any clams of damaged items.

Steps to report damaged items:

- Contact us with a clear picture of the damaged product
- Provide your order number during the time of contact
- Provide the arrival date of your package

It is important that you inspect your package within 24 hours after arrival as we have the right to reject damage claims.

In the even that you provided the incorrect address, please contact us ASAP with the correct mailing address. We will not be responsible for lost package cause by address error from customers end. Customers will be responsible for any additional shipping fees if the package is retuned due to missing information. Please note orders can not be cancelled once they have been placed due to the volume of orders received.Â
